Delivery

We deliver our products Pan India. Subject to our courier partner service availability. We try to ship our products within 1-2 days of order. but in some unforeseen conditions it may be delayed to 3-4 days maximum.

Exchange

Unfortunately we do not offer any exchange policy right now. if for some reason you don’t want the product. we offer you a 7 days return policy. if you find wrong product delivered to you then you can request for a product exchange. delivered product should not be used and all the tags must be intact. when you request for a exchange. we will arrange a return pickup from your address. when we receive our product back, after quality checking we will ship you your new product. this process may take up to 10 to 15 days.

Return

We try our best to serve you the best of products but for some reason you may not like the product or it doesn’t fits you. in this case you may easily return the product. just drop us a mail on [email protected] and we will arrange a return pickup from your address. return pickup is free of cost. 

when we receive the product at our warehouse we will initiate the refund process and it will be return to your bank account. it may take upto 10 to 15 days.

Please also note that the returned product must be unused and all the tags must be intact with the product. 

For hygiene reason we do not offer exchange or return of Panties (briefs). 

if you bought a product with some discount code the refunded amount will vary from the original price. depending on the coupon. such as if you bough 2 bras with a discount code which was valid for 2 bras only and not valid on 1  bra and you returned one bra then the coupon amount discount will be charged to you.

Example

2 bra purchased with price Rs. 399 each. total amount will be 798. with 20% discount applied and the final price charged to you 798-20%=Rs. 718

if you returned 1 bra later, then (rounded figure) Rs. 318 will be refunded to you. as the coupon was not valid on a single bra.

if you applied a different coupon which was valid on a single product then you will get refund around (rounded figure) Rs. 359.
